I also give 5 stars to the staff and modern facilities.
5 stars also go to the efficiency of the process.
However, the so-call reception manager ( a female in her 40, blonde ) was really annoying. She explains the policy in a way that sounds like she doesn't understand it. It's not her fault I guess as a private clinic has the right to set a consultation price, which I found out later when I called the NSW health complaint commission. However, she said the reason why they charge me is because it's the extra effort that doctor made. And also she asked me to leave because she's busy. I can't believe a person can be so rude.
Why is she the manager ? Dr Kemp and Dr Arrora strive to do their utmost for all of their patients. Very professional but also very caring. Thank you
