  Customer service in drapery department (yes , drapery) was superb: attention to detail, knew the products, made recommendations based on my needs and not on price. Focused on our conversation and was not distracted by other shoppers or management wanting to drag her off to other duties. Wish I asked for the assistants name so I could commend her. And there was a sale on products. Definitely go there again for my drapery needs.

  Everything needed for craft and dress making. Cheap prices and loads of stock. Get there well before opening as parking can be crazy and difficult to enter.

  I like the belrose branch better, it's much more lively and the attention is more easily drawn to fabrics.
  
  Also, I had to wait like 8 minutes at the cutting counter looking around to see if someone would come to behind the counter and I didn't k now if I should have went after someone or just wait for them to show up!!!

  A large enough store that is jam-packed. The stock in the aisles makes it a bit difficult to manoeuvre. We browsed around, though had specifically gone to buy buttons. We were a bit taken aback at the tiny range and the price tag for 6 buttons. The joys of a monopoly market, I suppose. We do have to comment on the disgusting state of the lift, which had to be used due to health issues. It is always an issue, though...

  Absolutely fabulous... pardon? Yes, I said absolutely fabulous...
  Today I had to go to Spotlight, I didn't want to but had to. First off I rang to see if they had the pattern I required. They answered straight away, found pattern & put it aside for me....(thay was a supprise for a start). When I arrived, I was supprised to find the shop tidy and newly organised....a shop assistance volunteered to help me as I lokked at something going in.... (where am I ? this is not usual?)... it only got better... ended up spending over $100 instead of buying just a $5 paytern and running out asap... no, i stayed and they have a sale on too ... so yeppy.. This is a huge turn-around Luke and all the gang there are intelligent helpful and quick to service... I left happy and wanting to go back...... extraordinary ????????????happy customer
